The Health Status of Hybrid Grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus (♀) x E. lanceolatus (♂) Cultured in Floating-net Cage at Kelapa Dua Island, Seribu Islands, Indonesia

This study aimed to identify the fish health status, based on total erythrocytes (cells/mm3), leukocytes hemoglobin level (g %), hematocrit, and histopathological profiles. was performed February, 2021 – January, 2022. The located in floating-net cage of Kelapa Dua Island, Seribu Islands, Jakarta, Indonesia. Sampling by a purposive-sampling method, environmental parameter measurements, containing temperature salinity, clinical symptom observation fish, erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, profiles hybrid grouper liver kidney, existence VNN virus. results present behavior changes sick namely whirling net surface, dead-sleeping or death-like condition below cage. Hybrid has 1.36 x 106 5.13 cells/mm3, 2.9 104 7.9 5.56 - 10.94 g %, hematocrit 13.31 24.78 %. From observation, hepatocyte, necrosis, vacuolysis occurred tubular, leukocyte infiltasi, nicrosis kidney with highest prevalence at 20 80 Therefore, is due increased number cells/mm3 above normal range, followed decreased levels % respectively, organ damage.

 ABSTRAK
 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status kesehatan ikan meliputi eritrosit (sel/mm3), leukosit kadar (gram %) dan hematokrit (%) gambaran histopatolgi. dilaksanakan pada periode bulan Februari hingga Januari Lokasi penelitian keramba jaring apung (KJA) di Pulau Kepulauan Seribu. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, pengukuran lingkungan perairan yaitu suhu salinitas, pengamatan gajala klinis ikan, perhitungan jumlah eritrosit, leukosit, serta histopatologi hati ginjal kerapu cantang keberadaan virus VNN. Hasil menunjukkan perubahan tingkah laku sakit berputar ke atas permukaan KJA, terjadi sleeping dead atau berada dasar seperti mati. Ikan memiliki sel/mm3, gr hasil histopalogi mengalami sel hepatosit, vakuolisasi, nekrosis infiltrasi nicrosis, tubulus kehadiran tertinggi berkisar Berdasarkan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang karena meningkat sel/mm3 melebihi kisaran normal, menurun rendah kerusakan jaringan dalam ikan.
